Terms of Use

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Clinical Note AI, published by ElevateBox. By signing in you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

What Clinical Note AI is

Clinical Note AI is a clinical documentation assistant for doctors. With the patient's agreement, it listens to a visit and drafts the summary and prescription for you to review.

Clinical Note AI documents what the doctor says. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment. The doctor reviews everything before use.

It is a documentation tool. We do not offer it as a diagnostic tool. Everything it produces is a draft, and a draft can be wrong.

Who may use it

Clinical Note AI is for practising clinicians aged 18 or over. You sign in with your own mobile number, and you keep your phone and account secure.

You review and are responsible for all content

You read, correct and decide whether to use every summary, prescription and answer the app produces. Every clinical decision is yours, and you are responsible for every prescription you sign or share.

Patients and consent

You decide whether to record a visit. Before every visit you must tell the patient and get their agreement; the app asks you to confirm this each time. You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you record and keep.

Not for emergencies

Do not use Clinical Note AI to get or give emergency care. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.

Acceptable use

Do not use Clinical Note AI to harm anyone, to break the law, to record anyone without their agreement, to try to access another person's account or data, or to interfere with the service.

Third-party services

Clinical Note AI relies on outside providers: a speech recognition provider to turn audio into text, an AI drafting provider to draft summaries and prescriptions, and an SMS provider to send your sign-in code. The Privacy Policy names them and says what each receives.

Publishing

Nothing is published unless you press publish. Anything you publish from Research becomes a public web page under your name. Publish only what has no patient details and what you are entitled to share.

Your data and deleting your account

Your visits are yours. You can delete them, or ask for your whole account to be deleted — see how to delete your account and the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Clinical Note AI at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms or for misuse of the service. Where we can, we will give you notice first, and we may act straight away if there is a risk to patients or to the service. What happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. It may change, and it may be unavailable from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ElevateBox is not liable for clinical outcomes or for loss arising from use of the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please write to us at charan@elevatebox.in so we can try to settle it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
