Delete your Clinical Note AI account
Clinical Note AI is published by ElevateBox. This page explains how to delete your account and the data held with it.
Delete a single visit
You do not need to close your account to remove one visit. In the app, open the visit, press the menu and choose Delete. Its content is cleared from your devices and from our servers.
Delete your whole account
In the app, open Profile > Privacy > Delete account and confirm. Your account and its data are removed from our servers straight away.
If you cannot open the app, email charan@elevatebox.in with the subject Delete my Clinical Note AI account and the mobile number you sign in with. We confirm it is you before we act, and we tell you when it is done, within 30 days and usually within a few working days.
What is deleted
Your name, your mobile number, your sign-in sessions, your visits, prescriptions, templates and research entries, and any pages you published. Published pages stop resolving and are removed from the site. The app does not save visit audio.
What is kept, and for how long
Nothing that identifies you. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days, and server logs expire on their own within 30 days. Where a law requires us to retain a record of the deletion request itself, we keep only that request and its date.
